I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the place. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed conveniently located nearby. The location was perfect, overlooking a stunning view of the London Bridge and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel's proximity to everything made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy the various amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly Crystal at the front desk who went above and beyond to make my husband's check-in experience smooth and enjoyable.
